THE VR ADVENTURE PARTY STRUCTURE

The VR Adventure Party is organised into five stages so every guest can enjoy a fair rotation of attractions while the Party Host manages equipment, timing and the celebration.

1. WELCOME, BRIEFING & GROUP ROTATION

The VR Party Host welcomes the group, explains safe use of the equipment and divides guests into suitable activity rotations.

2. VR ADVENTURE SESSION

Guests rotate through 9D VR rides, VR games, escape-room experiences and PlayStation lounges during the exclusive activity session.

3. PRIVATE PARTY ROOM

Following the VR activities, the group moves into the exclusive private party room for food and drinks.

4. Cake Time

The private party room is prepared for the birthday cake, candles and Happy Birthday celebration.

5. CONCLUSION OF PARTY

The party finishes after the private-room session. Guests cannot return to the VR activity area once their booked session has ended.

The party hosts will go over the centre’s rules with the children before the party begins, ensuring everyone understands how to have fun safely.

2. Jumping Session

We prioritize safety above all. From high-quality equipment to clean, well-maintained areas, your little ones can explore, play, and learn with complete peace of mind.

3. Food and Seating Area

After the jumping session, guests will be escorted to the seating area where food will be served. The party table will be set up and ready for the guests to enjoy their meal.

4. Cake Time

Our trained staff ensure every jump, climb, and game is monitored, so kids can have maximum fun while parents relax knowing they’re safe.

5. Conclusion of Party

Guests cannot re-enter the trampoline area once the food has been served, and access to the sports courts is not allowed. The party concludes after 90 minutes, ensuring smooth transitions for incoming parties and maintaining capacity limits.
