Agreement to Terms
By entering Jump Central or booking a session online, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, jumpers, and spectators.
Conditions of Entry & Safety Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons, the following rules strictly apply:
Grip Socks: Jump Central safety grip socks must be worn by all jumpers at all times. “No Socks – No Play.”
Supervision: Children under 13 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents are not permitted to drop off children under 13 and leave the premises.
Weight Limit: The maximum weight limit for trampolines is 110kg.
One Per Trampoline: Only one person is allowed on a trampoline mat at any time.
Behavior: Rough play, double bouncing, wrestling, or failure to follow staff instructions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the centre without refund.
Pre-Existing Conditions: You must not participate if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing injury, or a heart condition.
Bookings and Cancellations
Online Booking: We highly recommend booking online to secure your spot. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Payments: All sessions must be paid in full prior to jumping.
Cancellation Policy:
General Sessions: Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the session are non-refundable.
Parties: A deposit is required to secure a party booking. This deposit is [non-refundable / transferable with 7 days’ notice].
Food and Drink Policy
No Self-Catering: Due to health and safety policies (allergies/anaphylaxis), no outside food or drink is permitted unless you have a booked party package that explicitly allows it.
Trampoline Area: No food or drink is allowed on the trampoline mats or padding. Sealed water bottles are permitted in designated areas only.
Liability Waiver and Risk Warning
Risk Warning: Recreational activities at Jump Central (trampolining, sports courts, playground) involve a significant risk of physical harm or personal injury including permanent disability and death. You participate at your own risk.
Waiver: By entering the facility, you agree to release Jump Central, its owners, directors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Australian Consumer Law: Under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic), several statutory guarantees apply to the supply of certain goods and services. However, these guarantees are excluded strictly regarding liability for death or personal injury resulting from “Recreational Services.”
Media Rights
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
